Dark plum in color with long slowly-descending legs. The nose reveals earthiness while hints of cherries, vanilla, leather and spice excite the senses. The palate is treated to brilliant red cherry, plums, leather and coffee followed by soft tannins. Compliments lamb, steaks and game meats.
